    Jesus says he will die.
But his friends do not need to fear.
    God’s power will raise him.
He says he will prove that.
    He takes three friends.
They climb to the top of a hill.
    Suddenly, his clothes change.
    They are now bright white.
    He is dressed for heaven.
    Moses and Elijah appear.
    Yet they lived long ago!
    Peter is frightened.
    He says they need tents!
    A cloud surrounds them.
    God speaks.
He says they need to listen.
    To whom? Jesus.
    Because he’s God’s Son.
    God loves him.
    The cloud goes away.
    Moses and Elijah have gone.
    Jesus looks normal again.
    Life after death is real.
But only God can give it.
    It comes through his Son.
    If we listen to him.
