Grace Baptist Assembly

Although we are an independent church and not part of any denomination, nevertheless we have close links with many other churches like ourselves. To show our common bond we list ourselves in the Grace Magazine Directory (see here and here) and send representatives to the annual Grace Baptist Assembly.

The object of the Assembly is "to provide fellowship in which churches of common faith may find mutual encouragement and counsel ... The doctrinal standards of the Assembly are the London Confession of 1689 and the Baptist Affirmation of 1966."

In 2010 the Assembly will meet at the Hayes Conference Centre in Swanwick from 25th to 27th May. The programme is not yet available but the 2009 timetable (19th-21st May) is shown below and this will be updated to 2010 when it is published.

A review of the 2009 Assembly on the blog of one of the attendees may be found here. Talks (MP3) from the 2009 assembly may be accessed using the GBA09 logo on the right.

Although a Baptist gathering, any other visitors are very welcome to come along to the Assembly.
