    Jesus called his 12 workers.
He sent them in 6 teams.
    They had his power.
    So they needed nothing more.
He told them not to take luggage.
    Not to take money.
They were to find good listeners.
Those people would care for them.
If they could not find anyone,
    they were to move on.
    Their message was ‘repent!’
    That means ‘change your minds!’
People needed a new start with God.
    Many people listened.
    The teams did much good.
We all need a new start.
    To be forgiven by God.
    To learn from God.
Jesus can give all this to us.
