Jesus went to his own town.
    His friends went too.
    People didn’t like that.
“What about his family?” they said.
    He told them about God.
    People didn’t like that.
“Where are these words from?” they said.
    The town got angry.
    Jesus saw the truth.
    They wanted things their way.
    They wanted him their way.
    They didn’t want the truth.
    Few asked Jesus for help.
    We need open ears.
    We need open minds.
    We need open hearts.
    Then Jesus can help us.
