People wanted Jesus.
They tried to touch him.
They loved his power.
Some shouted out,
“He’s the Son of God!”
But Jesus left the crowd.
He didn’t want fame.
He was humble.
He came to serve.
To give his life for others.
So he chose 12 men.
He knew them all by name.
They would speak for him.
They would share his work.
Jesus is God’s king.
He thinks of others.
He saves others.
He can be trusted.
